With over 15 years of professional experience, Jess has become one of the most popular spinners in markets across the East and West coasts. Jess mixes everything from house, to hip-hop, to 80’s hits.

After winning Reno’s Biggest Little City DJ Battle at age 20, hosted by EDGE Nightspot, Jess landed residencies all over the city. Jess solidified their spot by being voted Reno’s #1 Club DJ in 2011 & 2012 by Reno News & Review. 

Jess next took their talents to Cincinnati, Ohio. Jess the Ripper became the resident DJ at Horseshoe Casino/JACK Casino, (now Hard Rock Casino) after less than a year of living in the area.  Jess played everything from corporate events, fashion shows, to the Citybeat's 'Best of Cincinnati event', where Jess was named Top #2 DJ in the city in 2015 and 2016.

Now, Jess the Ripper lives in the Pacific Northwest, where he was voted #2 ’Best DJ in Portland’ in 2022, and Best DJ nationally by Equally Wed.

Jess has played for the Human Rights Campaign’s 'Gala', for RedBull at the Kentucky Derby, and PRIDE parades across the country.
